A brief history of AKFS
Advanced KFS Special Vehicles Ltd (AKFS) was established in 2015 through the merger of Advanced Minibus and KFS Special Vehicles. Both companies shared a strong reputation for producing high-quality specialist vehicles that deliver excellent returns on investment. By merging our operations, we now offer a wider range of durable, high-quality, and customisable vehicles, ensuring every customer gets the right solution for their specific needs.
With over 30 years of experience, AKFS designs and manufactures specialist vehicles that include: Traffic Management Vehicles, Plant and Tool Hire, Grounds Maintenance, Car and Motorcycle Recovery, Vehicle Logistics, and Minibuses.
Our vehicles are built on base models from leading motor manufacturers and supplied to customers such as local authorities, rental and fleet services, utility providers, civils and highways, motor trade retailers, and charities to name but a few.
